Welcome to the forum. If you have any DW's that you know the original purchase date or manufacturing date, our Admin is building a serial number/manufacture date list. The original factory info is not available, and we're trying to fill in some gaps.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
