Welcome to the forum! Which DW's do you have or want?
I noticed in your signature that you are involved in call centers. I have been doing historical and real-time reporting for call centers for almost 20 years now.

Thanks for the reply and warm welcome.
Call centers can be a great business. Yet, for those that have not been in one, they may not understand the maddness sometimes.
I am here to learn and hopefully purchase one in the near future.

Is there a specific model you are looking at? Also what is the gun laws like there?
I have to agree a call center can be a mad house at time. I started out in Call Center operations but now am a consultant with a company that provides services to call centers.
You certainly came to the right place for all things Dan Wesson. Hope you enjoy the site.
