Anyone know anything about a Dan Wesson 357 magnum and with the serial number how do I find out the year it was made and the value... it was recently passed down to me

dwf-welcome to  dwf John ... that is a model 15-2 with a Vented Rib 8" barrel assembly. It was probably manufactured in 1975 or 1976.

With all the bluing loss/ scrapes and powerwood grips, I'd say $400 is a better range.
