So Im thinking of adding an unflutted cylinder to my .357 mag.
Saw this one from Midway, would it be "compatible" or interchangeable with my DW?

Nope, I don't think that Smiff cylinder is gonna be compatible with your DW. 
Same reason a Colt cylinder won't be compatible.
