After following all of the National news on gun control legislation and writing my congressional and senate representatives recently, I decided to attend the town hall meeting to see if any silliness is brought up.
Before the meeting I saw the Town Attorney talking to one of the Alderman and heard the acronym "F-N, F-A-L" mentioned so I eased a bit closer, fully prepared to dive into the mix and launch into the discussion. I'm glad I listened before I launched; seems the Attorney holds an FFL and the Alderman was asking about his transfer price; $10.
I think I'll stay in this town a bit longer....
Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....

Good morning
It is good to remember there are many Constitutional minded city officials out there.
Transfer fees... I know 2 FFL's nearby that do NOT charge regular customers transfer fees. Seems they figured out many years ago it is far better to have a content purchasing client who will always be back than one who is looking for greener pasture.

Just read the OP. Now that's my kind of town attorney!
Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for dinner. Liberty is a well armed lamb contesting the vote.
