So as I'm cruising the tables at the gun show I finally spot a DW -- the only DW I saw all day...
Just a standard 15-2V with an 8" barrel, but it looks familiar 
... As I flip it over and eyeball the serial number I instantly realize it used to be one of mine--as a matter of fact it was a "Super-tune" I did for a CO local.
The seller said he bought it off another guy who was hard up for cash, he said the action was silky smooth and he cut the zip-tie so I could thumb the action.... That was my cue to give him the guns history

He had it priced a $433.

Don't you love that ! I've brought many guns back home.
The record was the same Benelli I bought 4 times from guys I'd never met.
Saw 4 Dan's at the show today. 2 15 VH8's $550 & $500 , a 14 Pistol Pack
$875 and 375 SM VH8 w/muzzle wear $975.

For a "tuned" DW.. $433 seeems VERY reasonable. I think I would have had to bring it back home.
Soap Box, Ballot Box, Ammo Box
