Well, not a good way to run a business. CZ-USA blessed us with a 20% off sale earlier in the week. Most people thought it was a Memorial Day Sale and that would be a good assumption! Some said "well I can take a day or two and decide what I want to buy! But no they snatched the 20% right out from us and stopped the sale early Saturday! Well, everything is back to full price! I fell bad for anyone who was getting their list together and clicked on the site today! UGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!

Exactly....I had planned to make a sizeable purchase on Sunday and they pulled the rug out from under me. Oh well, guess I won't be ordering anything now.

Call Parts Dept, 913-321-1811 Explain. Ask for the 20% and you will still place an order, If they agree, call back with the "W" Order# and they can and should manually adjust it.
They did for me before they fixed the web store glitch. I have about $1300 worth of stuff in the cart now for a 2nd order.

SS 357 4" was $257 with pre-Labor Day 20% Discount was $205. Same barrel post Labor Day: $399 minus 35%+ discount $257
I am just speculating here. But it looks like DW either predetermined a price increases on September 1st. Or, DW is now watching the aftermarket pricing, (ebay) and seeing or being told what their barrels are selling for on the resale market, raised their prices accordingly? Okay, Who talked?

Holy smokes! Quite a price jump on barrel assemblies. Last month I bought a blue 2.5" 357 BA for $190. Now: $246. 4" Now $349. 6" Now $415. 8" Now $503. I was worried about this coming and bought 2.5", 4'' and 6"barrel assemblies in the last 18 months anticipating possible unavailability. As mentioned, I think CZ may have noticed people on Ebay gauging prices hoping for unaware buyers. For the prices they were asking/selling at they could buy from CZ & still make a handsome profit. Those ebay sellers are who screwed us & CZ too, IMO. On the other hand, it's free enterprise to buy low & sell high and nothing illegal or shady about it. CZ is probably just tired of seeing people make more on a BA than they do. Not trying to offend anyone here, just sayin'.

OK I have not sold a CZ barrel in 2 years until the last two weeks I sold 2 barrels and they were out of stock at CZ. I hardly think I single handed got CZ to change all their prices. There has been lots of CZ barrels sold in the last 2 years none of which I sold. I also think this CZ is some sort of computer glitch. Why would they raise prices over what Monson barrels sell for they will not sell any barrels if you can get a Monson barrel in excellent condition for less why would you not buy the original matching barrel. Also their pricing is all over the place why would a 8VH 44 mag barrel sell for $585 and a 10VH 44 mag barrel sell for $433 something is wrong there are several other barrels where the prices are wacked out. I'm betting they will soon fix the pricing if they don't they're not going to sell anything.

WELL, WELL, WELL! I don't want to say "I told you so" but "I told you so" I new this was a computer glitch or someone pushing the wrong button but after you all were kind of saying I single handed caused CZ-USA to hike all there prices, I send them a email last night just asking "did someone push the wrong button? Well did not take long for the prices to be changed back to the regular prices that everything was before! I knew there was something wrong a company does not jack up prices that high all at once and as I said some just did not make sense! All is OK in CZ world this morning!!!!!! You all can take my picture down from the dart board now! LOL!!! "I'm just sayin'!

Prices have not come back down as of this posting.

I hate to inform you but their is something wrong with your computer. All the prices have reverted back to regular prices. Your computer either is not refreshing or needs replacing. I'm not talking about sale pricing but all back to the regular pricing. all the 2.5 inch back to $190 all the 8 inch back to $374 they were at $588 It's time you replaced your commodore 64!

Nothing wrong with my computer. I went to the CZ store website twice a few minutes apart 9/7 and posted exactly what it read. Just saw it back to old prices. Probably a CZ glitch of some kind. Wasn't trying to get you lynched

I was talking about Scout's post not yours. When you made your post ( Sunday Sept 7th 12:21pm) all the prices were still messed up. The prices were corrected (Monday around 12pm) but he posted Sept 8th at 4:55pm that the site had not corrected the site had been corrected for more than 4 hours. His computer was running slow or something. I was logged on at around 12pm and all the prices were correctly at the old prices (see my earlier post I took pics of the barrels with correct prices) He had another problem early in the week (his Sept 1st post about the discounts not working correctly on his computer (he had to call customer service) but I logged on about 10 minutes after he posted that and I had no problems putting in a order with the discounts from my computer and did not have to call customer service. for whatever reason his computer seems to have problems on CZ's site!
