Shortly after I bought my 744 I went looking for holsters only to be mainly disappointed. I did come across this 1st photo. There was a 2nd but I seam to have lost it to time. But I'm pretty sure it was of Elmer Keith wearing this holster and shooting a dan wesson. The caption of the photo said that the holster was made by the Idaho Leather Co. Which closed up shop about a year before I found the photos. At the time I assumed this was a one off holster. Fast foward to this weekend and I found not one but two more pictures of the same style holster but different units. So it can't be a one off. The question is does anyone here have one?

Dude that Ready Rig is indeed very close to the only IdahoLeatherCo setup. I think the only real difference is the Idaho looks like it uses the same spring type clamshell that S&W used on a bunch of their holsters back in the day.
