I assume you refer to the new production model 715s. I am not from California but I do not believe they are on the roster of firearms allowed to be sold in that state.
I emailed Keith Lawton (VP of operations for Dan Wesson Firearms) earlier this month about new 715 production, here is his response-
"We have shipped about 50 so far this year. We have had a delay due to a parts shortage but should be getting back up to speed in a couple of months."
