357 shroud on 22

So I had some extra 22 barrels without shrouds so I put on a 357 shroud on and it fit. I guess other people have done this are there any known problems with doing this? I have shot the 22 and it seems fine.

The only difference in a small frame shroud is the roll mark. It could be 22, 22 mag, 32 mag, 38 spec, or 357 mag. They all are the same. Ditto for the large frame guns but the different barrels have different threads that screw into the frame. Same with the small frame models but 22lr and 22mag barrel may have the same thread and 38 spec and 357 do.
