my 22lr DW is very hard to extract the empties. I usually use a small hex key to remove the first 2 or 3 then the rest will eject. I've polished the charge holes several times. It's better than when I bought it but it's still not right. Could the problem be with the ejector star. Looks like it binds the hulls. Have any of you had yours reamed. I'm getting to where I can hit with this old 22. I'd much rather fixing the problem than trading it off. My DW 22mag has no problem, love it.

If you have an inside micrometer or pin gauge set the chamber should measure .2307-.2309" (5.860-5.910mm).
Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....

If all else fails, send it to Bob at DW. I had issues with my 44 mag cylinder and he ended up replacing it with a unfluted one.

Have you tried another brand of Ammo? If not when did this problem arise? What are you shooting in it now as far as ammo Brand.
Maybe post a pic or two. That may help figure out what is going on.
