Headed to NE this weekend. I knew not to try my TX-OK route after checking DOT highway closures. Went up HWY 71 in SW Arkansas. Closed at the Red River.... took an extra hour to needle my way around but 12 hours later.... I'm in Nevada, MO.
Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....
