Took my newly purchased Model 15 (around 1989-90) out to the range for the first time and after firing a few rounds my cylinder opened up and my cylinder release latch fell off. 
I found the spring and latch but couldn't find the Latch Retaining Screw (#23 on the parts list). I can't find it anywhere online. Anybody have a good connection for one?
Loved the few shots that I fired though!
