One of my 7460's has the serial number F 350 RIDER. First Issue #350.
Obviously a custom order. I wish I knew the backstory to that gun.

I know this guy I sold him a couple of First Issue 44 magnums. He has a bunch of ammo and reloading stuff for this gun. I'm putting my money on Dog though!

This should bring more 360++ out of the safes now! We shall see! It's been a crazy week for Dan Wessons I can't believe how many Supermags have hit Gunbroker this week! I bet there are going to be some bargains on Supermags this coming week and some other pacs going cheap with extra barrels! SOLD SOLD SOLD!!!!!!! $6125!

OK here is a funny one. I bought the 45 Colt First Issue PAC and thru all the buying and getting it home and putting it in a blue case I did not realize it's a 10 inch barrel on the gun! I guess I just thought it was a regular PAC with 8,6,4 & 2.5 inch barrels. I was putting it on the wall of Fame and thought to myself "that looks long" sure enough it's a 10VH barrel with 8,6, & 4 inch barrels rounding out the PAC! So 10VH barrel with an unfluted cylinder wow! Another thing I struggle with is all the First Issues came stock with a plain rubber Hogue grip. The First Issue pacs also had a Hogue hardwood grip that came with the PAC. I have been leaving the plain rubber Hogue grip on my First Issues except the 357 magnum I could not help but putting on my beautiful LB finger groove grip with a medallion on it. Sure looks good! Anyway a nice surprise tonight!

Large frames didn't come with 2.5 inch barrels. The shortest offered was 4 inch.
I do have a custom 2 inch for a 44 mag and I can say that it's not a lot of fun to shoot, lots of re oil and a HUGE flame.
That 45 pac is awesome.
You scored a Grail gun with that.

I think I read that somewhere else about the 2.5 inch barrels. Funny though you can order them in 44 magnum now on CZ-USA
