Having issues with my 375: the bolt (cylinder stop) does not always catch the locking grooves of the cylinder, causing a situation when hammer is in full cock position, the cylinder is not correctly aligned…looks like the bolt rises too slowly, so the cylinder ”overturns” the catch - not always, but every now and then. The timing is good and locking is solid (when the bolt catches the grooves) and the gun shoots fine, hammer and trigger working perfectly. It seems ( this is a wild guess) that spring power that lifts the bolt, is too weak? Actually, what makes the bolt go down and rise? Is it the ”nose” of the trigger piece, using the power of trigger returning spring? What to do with the problem?

Could be a weakened spring or more likely gunk build up inside the lockwork.

A weak spring would do it pretty much every cycle.

Tear it down, clean and lube it.  I'd replace the bolt plunger spring while you're in there, not very hard.  Numerich, ebay and maybe even Dan Wesson has the parts.

I just did this exact thing to one of my 375's last winter.

Use the average Joe tutorial on the site and you'll get it fixed up.

Unfortunately, living here in Europe, so I can’t get anything from Numrich, eBay or CZ USA. CZ Europe does not deliver revolver parts from the States, sadly…

Talking about ”bolt spring”, do You mean that litte spring which is attached to side of the bolt piece? As I understand, that spring only effects to the sideways movement of the bolt, making it push harder to the corner of the locking grooves of the cylinder…or am I totally wrong with this? By the way, I already disassembled the mechanism totally, cleaned and lubed everything, but no help: the gun still makes the same malfunction about 5 times of every 50 hammer cockings.

You might be able to find ballpoint pen springs to substitute. Look at a couple until you find one that looks the same. I'm just saying what the heck .

I didnt realize you were outside the U.S.

Ole Dog has a good idea on the spring.  The bolt plunger spring isnt much of a spring, just a small coil spring.  A hardware store or supply catalog could be a source for you.  It's just a small spring.
