Here is my RZ45:
So far I am quite impressed with it. It is fit very tight, the trigger is quite nice and should break in to be about perfect. This is the "new" version with a Forged Frame and all DW produced fire control parts. I only had factory ammo with me and it shot about an inch and a half group with it @ 15 yds. but it does show promise as it grouped three of those into one tight little cluster, need to order dies and then I'll know what I got. Overall a very classy looking gun that's built here with quality parts. I do like that DW keeps their markings small and out of the way it lets you enjoy the lines of the 1911.

That sure is a looker! I really like the clean lines of it without great big rollmarks down the slide and weirdo serrations all the boutique companies use. One day, I'll get up enough to get something a bit nicer than my Norinco 1911, but at least it's never given me any problems. Sloppy fit/finish and only shoots ball ammo, but at least it does it every single time!

I love 1911's, and I love DW's, so you know what my comment is: Beautiful!
I think the Heritage model name must refer to it being a classic, Gov't model type 1911, done tastefully in stainless, and as noted, without all the billboard scroll marking and tacti-cool stuff.
The "Katherine Hepburn" of 1911's, refined, elegant, great performer!
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Very sharp looking 1911. Like the other's comments. It is so clean looking, you just don't find that often. Thanks for sharing.
