You can send the slide out and have it milled for your sight of choice. This method gets the sight as low as possible to aid in elevation adjustment on your sight and is the sturdiest. EGW and others make a Bomar cut adapter plate that replaces your rear sight. I have a set up like this on my CZ P-01 with a Trijicon RMR and it works very well. I did buy a Delrin wedge (shim) to go underneath to help aim the sight down some so I didn't have to wind my elevation adjustment all the way down to get POA to match POI. If need be I will find the outfit that makes these shims and pass the info along to you. Good luck and Happy Hunting!
