I would, at best, consider it "not anti-gun". Frankly, the woman jumping on the hood of her car was incredibly stupid. My guess is that the bystander fired in order to stop the car so that she did not get seriously injured.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Steve- that's the only way he was "justified" in the shooting, IMO. He had to fear for her life... I hope that's what he told the Police.
