OfflineI apologize if this has been answered. I searched but am still not sure. I have a new Dan Wesson LASD DSP. It is pretty much the same as a Specialist except no ambi safety I find the edges of the grips to be uncomfortable. I would like to remove the grips and lightly sand the edges. Can this be done easily without issues? I have read about grip bushings and damaging and accidently removing them. Thanks in advance.

OfflineWelcome to the forum from PA!
It should not be a problem I have removed numerous DW grip screws without incident.. Take out the grip screws and remove grips, sand edges and reinstall. If a bushing comes out with the screw chime back in here and I'll walk you thru getting it back together.
