Hey Mike,
Glad you're here, these guys have been alot of help in my short time here. Now for the bad news. It sounds like you're from my home state of CA. In CA the only way to purchase a DW revolver is thru a "private party transfer", you can't buy it from a dealer, although he can sell it out of state. You can't buy it from out of state sellers cause it's not "on THE LIST" !
Please do some homework, as I've known some folks that bought and shipped some stuff here only to find that the dealer it shipped to couldn't legally transfer it to them. Check CA DOJ website, sadly the list is there ! Make some "FRIENDS" Amigo ! Be careful. If I have misstated anything, someone will let us know. But there ain't many CA posters I've seen.
THE REST OF YOU GUYS.......SHED A DW TEAR FOR US !!! By the way it was 80 degrees today !

Hey thanks again guys.....talked to the people at collectorfirearms they still have the 744,guy on other end said it was in very good condition,,But now got to find FFL here on my end(easy to find) but I hope the DW can be shipped here..
