Those Hogues made a huge difference with my 744. I am very much a 9mm/.357 shooter, and the smooth wood grips on my 744 first trip out made it a real challenge. I'm thinking of getting a set of wood fingergroove Hogues
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

YA KNOW, I'VE ALSO CONSIDERED GETTING SOME OF THE WODDEN HOGUES AND TRYIN THEM OUT, ESP WITH A MORE CARRYAB.E CONFIGURATION LIKE A 4" BARREL SETUP INSTEAD OF MY 6".... AHHHH THE CHOICES!

I love a 4" .357, thought I wanted a 4" .44. After shooting a 6VH, that's enough for me
