I heard when the Pittsburgh Pirates heard about the large amount of good throwing arms, they sent one of their scouts out to the school for try-outs.
Seriously, This goes with throwing cans, and all the other hair brain ideas they come up with. Secure schools, control entry, be alert of the known threats (most of the time they know who these people are that might do these horrible acts).
