To set up Push Notification use the Options link below the plugin name or go to the panel in the Components section

The popup help in the options panel offers guidance for each section

 Permissions

This plugin adds 5 new permission:

• Can subscribe to PUSHOVER notifications
• Can subscribe to PUSHBULLET notfications
• Can subscribe to SLACK notfications
• Can Reply To SLACK Notifications
• Can subscribe to TWILIO SMS notfications

You will need to visit the forum Permissions Management panels to enable those users you wish to have these Permissions.
