Ok so my question, does any one know who Dan Wesson might have sub contracted, to supply the company with cases? I cannot see a metel shop having a textile production also? Any info appreciated.Â

There are a lot of threads on here about the pistol pack cases if you search them. Samsonite I think, but not 100% on this.

Thank you Mister Callan, and Ole dog, I contacted halliburton, and they unfortunately had zero information on gun cases they may have made in the past.And do not make any presently, are the origanel DW cases a metel or plastic type case? I am in Canada, love DW guns but unfortunately I have never seen a case in person, just pictures, so sizes and material is hard to tell what they are.Â

 American Tourister made cases for Dan Wesson you can buy them on eBay for about 350.00 usually in auctions. Halliburton did not make cases for Dan Wesson but made them for Colt.

They were some form of shaped aluminum I remember them from many years ago, IIRC model 100 & 110 cases.
I went looking for images but everything is shot from squarely above to showcase the contents, but some can be seen to be ally, rather than blow molded plastic with the alloy rim.

Thanks Mister Callan, I have seen lots of pictures, but hard to tell what something is made from, some I have seen look like plastic, and some do look like aluminum as I don't think carbon fiber was an alternative back then, lol. I am feeling like a lot of folks on here feel different cases appeared in different production sites, and that would make sence, things like suppliers change for companies all the time when they move geographic locations, anyway more things to lookup. Thanks for your input.

There is no way in hell I would pay that for a used ( maybe original, may not) I would make my own if I can find the correct maker of these cases, thanks DA 64. Info is appreciated.

have seen them go for more............if you want an original looking pac.I have two originals that are all numbers matching with the case sticker serial number, it does raise the value in case of resell.
