I'm trying to get a value on a Blued .357 Hunter with a 8 inch barrel and Burris mount and rings this is MINT from original owner, not fired much at all.

Is it a true hunter model with no front sight slot on the shroud?

On my .41 Hunter, the frame is smooth at the rear with no cutout for a rear sight.
