Saw this on ebay I never seen on like it must be special. Price with tax and shipping around $1050 I assume it's for comp shooting?

Nope.  Just a EWK Slabside.   Although EWK is "special" to us, it is a barrel with an unmilled shroud.  Appeal is the weight, and a slabside is a blank canvas for an engraver......although I have never seen one engraved.
Original order cost was abt 25%(?) of his asking price.
