So, Popskid, your Uncle ended up (likely stumbling into the timing of) buying a large bore Pistol Pac from maybe a 12 month or less window in time, when that particular PP generation was even up for sale. Super cool & rare! And cool too, is that he passed in on to you & didn't let it go at some point. Again, rare.  

I have been chasing/trying to document factory DW PP's for a decade now & yours (along with Stan's follow-up photos) convinces me that yours is real, even though you don't have the outer label. Whatever you do, do NOT let that one go! There is more than enough evidence that (aside from the extra Norwich BA), you have an original rare 2-barrel Palmer PP.  The snubby Norwich is just a bonus.

The 8" and 6" are period-matching to the gun.   the 4" looks to be later Norwich barrel.

Thought I’d make a new post here since I can now post pics. 
Acquired this about 3 years ago when my mom passed. Was my uncles gun, which he gave to her, then I got when she passed. Very low usage, maybe a hundred rounds over its lifetime. 
Absolutely beautiful, immaculate condition. It is missing the patch, (If it came with one) and does not have a sticker on the case itself. 
8” barrel is drilled and tapped for a scope

Possibly thinking of selling, but not really sure what I’ve got, so looking for an education on these beauties. 

I'd imagine you could use it in the barrel and cylinder bore, but it is slightly abrasive, so go easy.

Sorry I did not notice the 8VH barrel is tapped and  drilled that will hurt the value a bit. Anytime a barrel is tapped and drilled it hurts the value of that particular barrel. Still overall The extra barrel is nice though being a Norwich barrel I believe. Most Norwich barrels have the DW with a circle around the DW on the left side! All my First Issues have it that way!

Also, how would I go about identifying whether that 4” barrel is a Norwich or a CZ? And is there a difference between the 2 other than the name?

Is that something you would use down the barrel and inside the cylinder also, or just on the outside?

And would you follow it up with oil? Looks great like it maybe leaves a coating of its own

I recommend Flitz metal polish to remove the surface rust.

Is that a Palmer barrel or a Norwich barrel?) It has the DW circled on the left side of the barrel and the cursive roll marks I thought were CZ barrel markings. 

I believe that 4" BA is Serva Norwich or early CZ and that font is not cursive, more like italics.
