OfflineFor some nagging reason I think I had a chance at one and passed...but I'm old and not as sure of things as I was when I was 25.

OfflineIf you mean CZ/Dan Wesson in Norwich, NY this recently sold on Gunbroker this was manufactured prior to CZ buying Dan Wesson.

I certainly would not call it a CZ 722, as far as I know CZ didn't make revolvers

OfflineI guess old age has struck again...I didn't mean the pistol was branded CZ. Poor wording on my part.
I was referring to a Dan Wesson from the CZ era with the laser etched BA. I believe the laser etching was solely a CZ-era pistol...but as I often show, I've been wrong before.
The production data in the supporters section seems to suggest that between 2005 and 2012 there were 3 .22 revolvers produced.
As we say here in Iowa, "I am corn-fused."

OfflineThe laser etching started with Bob Serva, prior to CZ. So I believe the answer to your question is yes. Probably not high numbers though.
