Seems to me in the time I have been studying DW revolvers that I only see the brass door knob barrel wrench available in .357 caliber. Did they manufacture any in the other calibers?

All but one came in pistol packs except the 45, which I picked up from an online parts supplier, they only had one and at the time I thought it was overpriced at 45.00.
