OfflineI have a Monson 357 which is having cylinder binding issues. I have ruled out the barrel gap issue and cylinder face issues. The cylinder starts to bind after about 60 rounds. I can take apart the cylinder, clean the crane and ejector rod, and the revolver will work great until around 60 rounds.  ÂÂ
I thought maybe the cleaners were gumming up, but used carberator cleaner to complete degrease. Still having a problem.
The loads I am using are 38 Special cast 148 Lee Tumble Lube wadcutters which there is no signs of abnormal leading. Charge is 3 grains of Bullseye.ÂÂ
Has anyone had a similar problem?

Have a 15-2 that I bought used that was that way. Tried everything I could think of and all the remidies other DW shooters could conjure up. My problem ended up being a bent crane.  Sent it to DW (back about 1984) and they repaired it free. Mike in Peru  ÂÂ

I will keep my eyes open for a crane. Numrich is out of stock, but for $17 it is worth trying. Thanks!
