How hard is it to find a 4" barell assembly for a 44 mag?

Not hard at all. I can open a couple of cases or drawers. Actually, the best place for finding Dan Wesson items is eBay. The factory may have some too, but if you want a BA that matches the roll mark and era eBay is the best source. Be patient and watch prices for a while so you don't over pay. The 4" is the scarcest of the 4 standard lengths.Â
