I tried installing a new 2.5" barrel in my recessed nut pork shop shroud, it is too long. ?

The pork chop guns used a shorter barrel tube. Â The pork chops were originally exposed nut style. Â When they changed to recessed nuts, they kept the same shroud length and shortened the barrel tube. Â You can get yours cut down to fit in the recessed shroud or try to find an old stock short tube. Â Do a search, there has been considerable discussion in the past on this issue.

You could also use an additional barrel nut on the exterior of the shroud. I had EWK make me a spacer and a Canada legal 4.25" (106mm) barrel to use with my 4" shroud. Looks okay, shoots better.
