Still not politically correct, just powder coated.  Been fiddling around a bit and although not 100% like I'd like them- they're good enough to be launched... ÂÂ
I started with red, went to green and then decided to make some "zombie-tracers"

Those look very cool. No residue problem in the barrel? Does the thickness of the powder coating alter the boolit diameter significantly enough to matter?

Little residue- no leading- size them after they 'cure' for a week or so, if needed.  I measure all my firearms and will shoot a lead boolit that is up to .003" over bore.

Have you noticed any difference in performance or ease of cleaning? Definately very artistic. They belong in a Xmas stocking. Sell them around holidays like marshmellow peeps , pumpkins and snowmen. With the appropriate colors of course.

At 50 yards and less, no appreciable difference.  With rifle bullets over 100 yards, accuracy is a bit worse but hey- they generate curiosity...  no issues with cleaning the PC sticks to the bullet, not to the land.
