Replacement cylinders are available from DW/CZ as a factory fitted item. Is there a special reason you need a moon clip version?
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

I'm betting he wants to shoot 9mm out of it 😉 If that is the case, no moon clip required, just chamber it for 9mm.

I've thought about the moon clip thing in a DW before as well, started doing some checking around and couldn't find a place that had K-frame size moon clips, they had them for L-frame/gp100 but no K's that I found. If you know of a place that makes them post it up, I know I'd be interested.
