I have a .357 15-2 pistol pac that has been in it's original case for over 25 years. Took it out and started cleaning and lubing. The 8" barrel sticks in the shroud. When I turn the barrel, it drops right in. Looked down the bore and down the tube of the shroud. Seems to be okay. I am guessing the barrel is slightly bent. Don't know for sure. Any suggestions would be helpful. I cleaned the barrel and shroud and it seems to work better but still sticking. Can't find any debris or burrs.ÂÂ

Roll the barrel on a flat surface? Put your palm on one end and roll.
Should see if it's not straight then... nuttin to lose.

hmm, I've always installed the barrel first and then slid the shroud over it. I've never tried the reverse.
Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....
