PLEASE NOTE 10.8 grains is the Published MAX load in the Alliant reloader guide. Â I went up 0.2 grains to 11 grains and the an additional .5 grains to 11.5. Â I did not notice any excessive pressure signs, cases extracted fine and primers were fine. Â Please work up your own loads slowly. Â I was using a Ruger Redhawk in 41 Magnum with a 7 1/2" barrel. Â Next time I will test using the 8" 741 and see how it shoots. Â Â
