I've added some smooth Herretts grips & made a case for this gun. Rob from "Simply Rugged" was showing off one of his 6-shot belt buckles one day & I thought it would be a cool addition to this case. :)

I haven't decided if I'm gonna do a case for this one yet. If I end up finding it a blued brother, then I will 🙂 It wears these Hogue's for range days.

Thanks Jody, my house is about 1/2 mile to the left of where those pics were taken, the road dead-ends in front of a farmer's wheat field. About a 1/4 mile to the left is a sod farm, which would have normally made a good pic, but that day they had a bunch of it harvested, leaving bare ground.

My back yard has too many houses in the way to get a good pic.Wink

Rugers look to be the second most popular Revolver brand here?

Nary a Smith & Wesson anywhere?

Of course, probably not so much in the big bores, Ruger seems to own the modern market for that (are you listening CZ?)

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

For sure! Revolvers aren't dead, not by a long shot.

I hope to get another Smith 29 8" Bbl...sometime after my DWAS subsides a little.lol2 Probably a couple of others too, like a 27 & 629. Although I don't see it turning into SWAS. 😛

I only have one centerfire Smith & Wesson and I bought it for my wife. Of course it is a .41 Magnum, and nickel finished.  Laugh The Sevilles would be very popular...for another thread perhaps?

Brought this one home last week, for get this…$407 + chipping!Surprised I've been eying these commemorative .44 Super Blackhawk's for a while, but the price tags are usually in the $750-900 range. I can't believe it didn't bid up higher than it did.

NIB, unfired, but the cylinder has been turned. It's in perfect shape.

They made 500 of these, with the last 100 going to the RCA…Ruger Collector's Association. My gun is number…
