Was at a Idaho gunshow and bought a Dan Wesson in 8 inch a while back. Nothing else with it.
it is a Monson made, model 15 with adjustable rear sight. Â
Grips are flaking a bit, otherwise the bluing looks good. Its in 357, and is in the 200k range. Â
I had a DW years ago and never had another, and I've wanted one for a long time. Guy came walking along and he had it on his hip, I could tell it had a longer barrel, but was still expecting a 6 incher ;) Anyway, he showed it to me and said he was looking for $600, I offered 500 and we settled on 550. His daughter was with him, he said she owned the entire 'pac' that they used to sell. Â
I'm pleased.
