M y first Dan Wesson. Â Long time Ruger and Smith hand gunner. Â Â 41 magnum. Â Dealer and I could not find a model number . Â Any help appreciated. Â Also, any suggesti9ns on scope mount appreciated.

Also, it can with a 4â barrel and barrel tool. Â Not fired much. Â Any thoughts on value appreciated. Â Paid. $650 value wise with trades . Â But shot a few now, and seems to shoot great. Â Used to shoot 41 mags but not in quite some time. Â Suggestions on factoryammo that you have used in these appreciated.

Model 41. Stainless would be 741. If chambered in 44 mag it would be a model 44. Very simple.Â

Â Â Largeframe guns are recommended to use drill and tap. Burris mounts and rings are the norm. Best to have a separate barrel assembly or just the shroud devoted to the scope. You can use a 44 mag shroud. 41 mag marked shrouds or BAs are not as common.Â
