Hi Guys -
I'm a WWII rifle guy who also collects miltary semi's.  I have never owned a revolver before, until today.
I picked up a minty Dan Wesson Model 14 (Monson, MA) from a gun shop this afternoon.  It was the first time a revolver "talked to me".  I'm really excited to try it out later this week.

I'm also looking forward to learning from the members on this forum.  I'll post pictures as soon as I can.

Ash, welcome to the forum!  Congratulations on your purchase of a DW!  Of course we want to see pictures but we also have a section here for other brands and would love to here about some of your WWII guns as well.

Welcome on board, you can learn a lot about DW here in the forum. A lot of smart people with a lot of good information about a great handgun. I check it out daily, have been a fan of DW sense I bought mine back in 1978 and I am still learning.

Welcome aboard!
I'm very new here. I was searching for help, and blindly stumbled in after November 11, when I bought a "not so mint" Palmer DW at a pawn shop, and needed lots of answers and help.ÂÂ

So here are some pictures of my Model 14.  The frame has a really nice plum color and the 2.5" barrel looks brand new.  I'm not kidding the whole firearm looks like it was hidden in a sock in someone's drawer in the early 1970's.
I hope the pictures worked
