I saw your listing on GB and I have to say that even unfired (and it does look to be so) you're going to have a tough time selling it at that price.  My guess is that you are probably $600-$700 high.  Also, that barrel tool is not the correct one for a gun that old.  The plastic covered tool is the correct one.  Not trying to bad-mouth your gun, just trying to offer some additional info which you can use to adjust your listing if you don't sell.

You might notice that there is another one out there, albeit 1 BA shy, and not NIB, but you might want to look at his price for comparison.
