huge fan of Dan Wesson, I've been shooting this DW 44 mag since I was 5 years old:
I'm 29 now 
My old man passed it on to me when I turned 18, best present I ever got. Most accurate 44mag I've ever shot and 24 years later it still runs like a clock.

Welcome to the Forum here. I have to confess that at 5-years old I would not have wanted to mess with you being a .44 magnum shooter at that young age

And here I caught slack for letting my boy shoot a 44 at age 11 Â course he was
big for that age and now he is 17 and 6' 1" at 185lbs and eats like a machine !

Thanks everyone. I'm pretty sure there is a picture of me in a box some where shooting it when I was 6 or so. I'll see if I can track it down sometime. The 10 inch barrel and full lug take out almost all recoil, so as long as you can hold it up you can shoot it.Â
