New guy here from down in the bayou that is a gun enthusiast, hunter and fisherman.   Glad I found this site seeing I have a new member, DW 44, to the family was hoping to pose a question to learn a little about its history.

Thanks for the warm greetings!  I posted my first question on the revolver forum thinking that was most appropriate.     

FYI sad news tonight about another horrific movie shooting.   Thankfully our governor and presidential candidate is pro gun , but standby for major backlash on his position enlightened by tonight's occurrences.
