OfflineBut very young at heart.
Found this forum today and was very impressed. All of you seem so well informed and polite. So I just joined and I very much look forward to learning a lot about Dan Wesson Firearms and exchanging info and ideas with fellow board members. I own a Monson DW 14-2 with s/n 207XXX. I love the way it shoots and handles. Has a nice tight and precise lockup with a very smooth trigger pull in both single and double action. I would guess the SA is about 3 or 4 lbs and the double about 7 to 8 lbs. I bought it used, about 9 years ago when I was completely unfamiliar with DWF, but was so impressed with it... I plunked down the hard cash for it without hesitation. One of the better decisiions that I have ever made!
Glad to meet all of you!

aboard, glad to have you here!
Having the forethought to buy a Dan Wesson & hang onto it is certainly a good thing. We often hear stories from folks who sold their special DW & really regretted it later. ÂÂ
Which area of Arizona are you from, the snowy area or the non-snowy area?
