My dad had told me months back about some DW grip blanks he bought in the early to mid 80's. He dug them out and showed me a few of them today. They appear to be for the large/supermag frame. These were a gun show find back then so who knows if DW made these or not. Any ideas what they sell for?

Blank prices swing like the tides--they used to go stupid high, like $80. Lately, they have been sitting on the market longer.

Hogue was in the business of making DW grip blanks at one time, there is a guy that sells Small frame blanks on Gun Broker, stating that he gets them thru a special order relationship with Hogue. He sells his for $80.
Dan Wesson did supply a grip blank with with early Pistol Packs, that practice ended around the late 70's I think.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

If you would be filling a spot in a pack case I see the cool factor....
but 80 bucks gets you a finished custom grip at LB custom grips...
