Thanks, I guess from the chart this is a model 15 with a 6 inch heavy vented barrel, but the 8 inch barrel on it is what? i see pics on the internet of these but have no clue what it is. Would really like to know an approximate value of this firearm also.

Yep you have a model 15-2. The other barrel was made by EWK Arms who has an ad on the right of this page. For value it depends where you live and the condition. For the revolver with the wood grip but without the EWK barrel I would guess in the neighborhood of $350-$550 depending on condition. I do not remember what EWK's heavy barrels went for but they seem to do great now on Ebay.
