Already discussed elsewhere on DWF, that 10" is not an original 7445 B/A, it's a "Bubba'd" .44 Mag .
There may still be plenty of value there, but just so you know about the 10"

The barrel for the 445 and the 44 Magnum are the same, it's the shroud that is differently. The cutout of the SuperMag shrouds are longer than that of the 44 Magnum due to the longer ejector rod. From the photos it appears the cut out in the 44 Magnum shroud has been lengthened to accommodate the longer ejector rod.
