Recently got two SuperMag's with ETG prefix serial numbers and was wondering if anyone knows how many were produced. I've hears conflicting stories varying from 25 to 50 in each caliber.

my new 740-8VS and 7445-8VHS, both sporting wood.

Somewhere I read 25 per caliber, do not remember where, will try to find.

You hit the "Mother Lode" there, I know that a couple of guys here have a connection with Randy Gates, and he can tell you more about those guns.

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

BTW the 740 was my plan "A", till I found out Stinger wanted it and it went too high for me anyhow. Glad a DWF member got them though occasion The Henry was way cheaper wink & we're both happy !!

Man those are just too sexy! drool The slotted heavy barrel is actually a contradiction on itself but I just can't help but want one.

As part of the deal, I also got a box of 50 unprimed Federal IHMSA nickel-plated brass cases with the IHMSA headstamp and the ram silhouette. Not sure if I should add them to the collection, or whether they are common enough to just load and shoot.
