Hello All, I have 3 Dan Wessons. My first was a CCO .45, then a Guardian 9 and finally a Specialist 10mm.
I had grips made from elk antlers for the Guardian. Came out nice. They're all good shooters. The CCO sits in the safe for the most part. The Specialist on my nightstand with a tac light and green laser and the Guardian is my EDC.
When not working I hunt and fish but not as much as I'd like. No trout streams close by. Other than that, golf, cigars, bourbon and cooking.

Good to have you on the DWF. There are a few more pistol members, day by day. I'm heavy on revolvers but also have a modest gathering of PM-series pistols. No golf for me but Cigars, Bourbon, and cooking are in my wheelhouse.
Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....

I have one early DW 1911, but lots of revolvers. I shoot double par golf(I don't really play).My favorite whisky is Jack Daniels single barrel cask strength. I am a retired restaurantuer and chef so I let my wonderful wife cook . I just tell her what she needs to add when asked . I smoked 2 plus packs of cigarettes a day for 38 years. I quit 14 years ago. I can never have a puff of tobacco again or I would be a smoker again. But I love it when my smoking friends blow smoke in my face. When I am told my condition is terminal I am going to start smoking again. You know what they call folks who only smoke cigars ? Smokers.

It's Cutthroat Trout in New Mexico for me. Only smoke when I am gifted Cubans.
Although a self-proclaimed wheelgun guy, I joined the DW 1911 party late. But since have added a Vigil, Specialist, PM-C, and a PM-9. Next on the list is a Bruin 10mm....if I can find a good used one for 1600ish.
Show us those babies and especially the Elkhorn grips!
