This is Bessie Pearl, you might not name your weapons, you might say what a funny name. I named her after my Great Great Grandmother. She was a Choctaw from the nation in Adair Co. KY.  My GG Grandfather was gone to fight in the Civil War.  A black bear came down from the hills and was trying to get in the hog pen. Granny comes to hollering and yelling, so the bear turns after her. When he charged her roaring, she shoved her cane down his throat, and killed him. True story, in the papers and historic files.. Well, since this pistol was bought as a hunter, and she is a deer hunter, Bessie Pearl she became. The woman who became my wife, got this pistol for me, as a Christmas gift in 1978 NIB. 15-2 8VH + 6VH ,with belt buckle. she also got a 10VH NIB at the same LGS in J-Town Ky. Yes I kept this woman, sorry to say we parted way for a time. My fault cause Uncle Sam had hold of my mind, but she soon forgave me..  I bought a case and made my own pac and have since added a 4VH and want to add a 2.5 VH. Of course we all long for that elusive 12 and 15 in. bbls. When the time is right..

Someday, some other Dan's to join with her... Until then this is the only thing close to my heart since God, my wife and children. She's sportin' an old set of what I think DW called the Michigans.
